Anna chose to keep fighting.

As soon as Levi left her, she let out soothing breaths and her head clears. With whatever inner fire she has left, it fuels her body as she pulls herself up, her gun as a support. On autopilot, she moves around like a marionette on strings, shooting, dodging, and running. She’s going to keep fighting, even if she dies, she will protect them. She will free them from this misery.
It has been a month fighting and Anna lost her senses, her body numb to the war happening. She feels like she should give up and just go home, there is no more use in fighting, she knows how it's going to end. But she doesn’t think she could last any longer in this situation.
She hasn't ate anything in awhile and her lips are so dry and rusty from thirst she can barely feel her tongue or even talk. She feels sweat drops coming down her forehead and into her mouth, the only type of liquid she had tasted in awhile. Her cheeks burn as well as something else inside of her. She starts to feel nauseous, pain rippling through her body, stronger than what she can fight off, but she has to keep on going.
"I am a fighter", she tells herself. She can see the other members also feel the same, it's the end of their fight for them. There are about two hundred members here fighting and about a quarter have died already. However as much as she wants to go home, she has to keep fighting till the end.
As she turns around to look at all the members, she sees their worried expressions as they are surrounded by German soldiers. Worry turns into acceptance, and acceptance turns to pride.
They tried as hard as they could to fight but there were too many. It was the end for the Jewish. With a swish of a bird’s wing, they shot. It hit Anna’s chest, and everyone fell. People cried as they were forced into the railroad cars. They lost.
As the blood dripped from her body, she could only stare as they blew up the Great Synagogue, a place symbolizing of Jewish religious worship, and the ghetto engulfed in flames along with the misery of its people, before everything faded to black.
